Biographie
Ellen Ueberschär is co-president of the Heinrich-Böll Foundation, which is close to Bündnis90/Die Grünen (Greens/EFA). She holds a doctorate in theology and was general secretary of the German Evangelical Church Assembly from 2006 to 2017.
