Biographie

Jean-Gabriel Flandrois is a partner within Gide’s M&A / Corporate practice group. He is also in charge of the firm’s Restructuring – Distressed M&A practice group.

He regularly coordinates cross-border operations in Europe and the MENA region, and has gained extensive experience in the acquisition and restructuring of banks and other financial institutions. In France, Jean-Gabriel regularly advises on private equity transactions and is involved in transactions in the FinTech sector.
