Biographie

Dr. Yann Wernert is a Policy Fellow at the Jacques Delors Centre, where he is part of the team organizing the Franco-German Dialogue, a series of high-level events bringing together French and German decision makers. Keenly interested in both countries, he closely monitors ongoing political developments. He lived in France until he went to university in Germany and has dual citizenship. He studied political science and history at the universities of Potsdam and Koblenz-Landau and wrote his PhD thesis in political science at Potsdam University with a focus on international relations.
