Jérémie Cohen-Setton is senior economist at the Independent Evaluation Office of the International Monetary Fund. Prior to his current position, Jérémie Cohen-Setton was a research fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Previously, Jérémie Cohen-Setton worked at Bruegel, the British Treasury and as an economic consultant at the Asian Development Bank.

Jérémie Cohen-Setton is senior economist at the Independent Evaluation Office of the International Monetary Fund. Prior to his current position, Jérémie Cohen-Setton was a research fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. His research interests include monetary and fiscal policy, structural reform, currency unions, financial globalization, and economic history.
Previously, Jérémie Cohen-Setton worked as an economist at Bruegel, as an assistant economist at the British Treasury during the British presidency of the G20, and as an economic consultant at the Asian Development Bank.
His work has been featured in the New York Times, the Financial Times, and Le Monde. In 2018, Jeremiah co-edited Sustaining Economic Growth in Asia with Thomas Helbling, Adam Posen, and Changyong Rhee.
