Thomas Pellerin-Carlin is currently Director of the Energy Centre of the Jacques Delors Institute and a researcher at the Jacques Delors Institute. He works on European energy policy, particularly in its dimensions related to innovation and climate change.
Biographie
Thomas Pellerin-Carlin is currently Director of the Energy Centre of the Jacques Delors Institute and a researcher at the Jacques Delors Institute. He works on European energy policy, particularly in its dimensions related to innovation and climate change. He also works on the Energy Union, the social dimension of the energy transition, clean mobility and the Horizon 2020 project ENABLE.EU on energy choices.
Thomas teaches at the College of Europe, Sciences Po, the Sorbonne, and the Sorbonne-Nouvelle University. He is also a member of the Policy Advisory Council of the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute. He studied political science and holds a master’s degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges (2012-2013, Václav Havel Promotion) and a master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po, Lille (2007-2012, George Orwell Promotion).
