Biographie
Arlette Baumans is an architect, urban planner and co-founder of Baumans-Deffet Architecture Urbanisme, established in 1999. She has been involved in a number of major architectural projects in Wallonia, including the urban renewal of the Léopold district in Liège, the construction of 54 homes and a public space in Verviers, the restructuring of the former “Interlac” industrial site in Dison, the construction of the Adeps centre in Neufchâteau and the master plan and renovation of the modernist buildings on the Val-Benoit site in Liège.
