Biographie
Before joining Ifri’s Energy & Climate Center, Carole Mathieu was a project manager at the French Energy Regulatory Commission between 2010 and 2014. In this position, she contributed to the elaboration and defense of the French regulator’s positions with European institutions, energy network and infrastructure managers and electricity and gas market players. Its work has focused in particular on the harmonization of the rules governing the operation of natural gas networks and markets in Europe and on issues of security of energy supply in the European Union. She has regularly led training sessions for the French Gas Association on European energy policy and regulation.
Carole Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and studied at Boston College (Massachusetts, USA).
