Josefina Sipinen is a PhD candidate at University of Tampere, Finland. Her research focuses  on immigrant-origin candidates in Finnish municipal elections. She is also a member of the Consortium of Trust Research – Pathways to Political Trust (CONTRE) at the University of Tampere.
