Biographie
Mark Harwood is Director of the Institute of European Studies at the University of Malta, where he teaches comparative European politics.
His research focuses on European politics, the dynamics of Europeanization and Malta-EU relations.
After studies in Malta and the UK and an early career with the European Commission, Mark Harwood obtained a PhD in public management in 2009 focusing on the Europeanization of public administration in Malta. Since 2016, he has been Director of the Institute of European Studies at the University of Malta (Msida).
