Biographie
Philipp Heimberger is an economist at the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (WIIW).
Philipp Heimberger researches macroeconomics, public economics, and international economics. Since 2015, he has been an economist at the Institute for Comprehensive Analysis of the Economy (ICAE) at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria where he studies macroeconomic divergence and structural change in the European Union, the macroeconomic effects of fiscal policy, and the coordination of European fiscal policies. In addition to his post at WIIW, he is also a Lecturer at Vienna University of Economics and Business.
He holds his bachelor’s, master’s and PhD in Economics from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
