Rasmus Hindrén is Head of International relations at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and a nonresident senior fellow with the Transatlantic Security Initiative in the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.
Biographie
Rasmus Hindrén is Head of International relations at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and a nonresident senior fellow with the Transatlantic Security Initiative in the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.
Previously, he was the deputy head of unit for defense cooperation at the Ministry of Defense of Finland. He has served as defense counselor at the embassy of Finland in Washington, DC, and as defense adviser at the Permanent Representation of Finland to the European Union.
He has held several positions in Finland’s Ministry of Defense and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs dealing with security policy, defense cooperation, and defense planning.
Hindrén has a master’s degree in international relations. He has authored several articles on security and defense policy.
