Biographie

Adán Nieto Martín is a professor of criminal law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha and deputy director of its Institute of European and International Criminal Law.

His main areas of research are economic criminal law and European criminal law.

He is a member of the European Criminal Policy Initiative, a pioneering research group in the evaluation of criminal standards.
