Béatrice Parance is a professor of law at Paris Dauphine-PSL University and a member of Dauphine Legal Research (DRJ).
An associate professor, she specializes in environmental law and health law. She heads the Health and Environment Division of the Medical and Health Law Laboratory at Paris 8 Vincennes Saint-Denis University and is a member of the Health and Environment Commission attached to the National Health and Environment Plan.
She conducts collective research on the theme of Health and Environment, notably through the organization of an annual series of conferences at the Court of Cassation, and also on the duty of care of parent companies within the framework of Paris Dauphine University.
