Andrés Santana holds degrees in economics, linguistics and Romance philology, as well as a master’s degree in social sciences and a doctorate in political science. He is a researcher at the Juan March Institute. He has published 17 articles in high-impact academic journals, 12 books (and two edited books), 7 book chapters and over 30 articles in specialized blogs. He has been a project evaluator for several official agencies (Ministry of the Economy, ANEP, AGAUR, ACPUA) and holds the position of Academic Secretary of the Political Science Department and Coordinator of the Political Science Area.
