Cecilia Springer is a Senior Research Fellow with the Global China Initiative at the Global Development Policy Center at Boston University.
Cecilia Springer’s research focuses on the economic and environmental impacts of China’s energy policies. Her research interests include China’s policymaking processes, the environmental impacts of China’s overseas investments, and industrial decarbonization.
She holds a B.S. in environmental science from Brown University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley.
