Biographie
Han Chen is the director of the International Energy Policy Program at the National Resources Defence Council. She manages the Council’s work in promoting a global energy transition and addressing climate change at the international level. Prior to joining NRDC, Han Chen was a research fellow at the Brookings Institution. Her work covers global renewable energy financing and deployment, limits to the expansion of high-carbon energy sources, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change negotiations, and the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
Han Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University and a master’s degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing in International Development.
