Simon Touboul is a PhD student in Economics at CERNA, the Industrial Economics Center of MINES ParisTech, Université PSL. His doctoral thesis focuses on innovation and adaptation to climate change. He is also the founder of the organization SEA Plastics, which studies microplastic pollution in the Mediterranean and tries to raise public awareness of this issue.

Simon Touboul holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Energy Economics from AgroParisTech, where he specialized in prospective modeling (economy, energy, environment).
