Biographie

Professor at the University of Pittsburgh Law School with a joint appointment by courtesy in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Her recent work focuses on post-conflict justice and on the intersections between international and U.S. law in areas including crimes against humanity and return of foreign art and cultural objects.
