Ph.D. in Labour Law from Università degli Studi di Roma – Tor Vergata in a Cotutelle Agreement with Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Brazil. She is a Professor of Labour Law and Social Security Law at Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil. Coordinator of the research group “Ressaber: Estudos em Saberes Decoloniais” at Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil. Author of “Decolonial thinking and Brazilian Labor Law: contemporary intersectional subjections”, Revista Direito e Práxis, Rio de Janeiro, vol. 9, n. 4. 2018; and, with Pedro Augusto Gravatá Nicoli, of “Labor Law and Dissident Epistemologies”, Edward Elgar Publishing, Elgar Studies in Labor Law Monograph Series, 2022 (forthcoming). Member of the core group of research “Democratizing work”.
