Biographie

Pierre-Henri Conac is Professor of Financial Markets Law at the University of Luxembourg and Max Planck Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. He is managing editor of the Revue des Sociétés (Dalloz) and co-chief managing editor of the European Company and Financial Law Review (ECFR, de Gruyter).
